You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Condition of Items
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or order confirmation.

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items returned worn, washed, or without tags
    (Preorder items can be returned under the same 14-day policy after delivery.)

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about the approval status. If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

International Orders
For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs checks may cause delays. Any import duties, taxes, or fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable by us.
